My computer is always connected to the internet, but even when I am not using a browser I get pop-ups from IE. I use Firefox, which blocks pop-ups within it’s own browser, but I am still getting the pop-ups from IE. I don’t want to uninstall IE, because I use it to test my web pages. What is the best way to eliminate this?
