My internet restarts it self for stupid reasons. I’ll be in the middle of a search or an important email and it shuts down and asks to restart. It also does it when i open a pop up window. When i close the pop up window it shuts down and asks to restart. I can’t figure it out.
When i am doing something on my computer about 50 ads pop up in my face at the same time an its hard to x them out.
In Windows XP, even without a browser open, a pop-up window appears every 20 minutes or so. I’ve got Ad-Aware SE, Spybot – Search & Destroy and Norton AntiVirus. They seem to be spotting the junk left after an attack, but cannot find and get rid of the hijacker itself.

When I am navigating in Windows Vista a tiny pop up icon appears that’s shaped like an “up and down scroll bar.” It wants me to use it to scroll up and down my pages but is severely interfering with my surfing and work flow. I would love to eliminate this pop up icon forever. Alternatively, a solution would be some instruction how to master it’s function. For now it’s a real pest I would love to eliminate.
