It used to be that when someone opened a chat conversation or continued an existing conversation, a window showing the conversation would pop up. Now, only the Yahoo icon on my task changes color, but I often don’t notice it.
Is there a way I can get Messenger to work the way it used to?

I clicked on a song in a website and in a pop up window, it played via Windows Media. Can I download the song to my computer some how?
When I first signed on to a web site requiring a user name and password, the windows pop-up window asked if I wanted windows to remember the password. I declined to allow at that time. I would now like windows to remember that password. How do I change back?
Not as in a system alert, but using javascript to create a pop up box; I’ve seen this co-ordinated with a greying out of the rest of the screen?The box usually contains an alert such as an age restriction warning, but I’ve also seen it used to display photos; any ideas?
On my PC, if I click something that is a pop up, it will open in a new tab. I can’t get Opera to do the same thing on my Mac though.
