I cannot seem to either get rid of it or even move it around – it covers a lot of my page and is really annoying. I have tried my pop-up blocker and the privacy part of internet options. I have a windows account. Grateful for any help.

In Windows XP, even without a browser open, a pop-up window appears every 20 minutes or so. I’ve got Ad-Aware SE, Spybot – Search & Destroy and Norton AntiVirus. They seem to be spotting the junk left after an attack, but cannot find and get rid of the hijacker itself.
