I know the blues were very popular. How did this type of music influence the culture in the 20’s?

hey x Okay this is a kind of a silly question but i need to know. Well some dance schools say they do MODERN dancing and others say Jazz dancing. What exactly do u do if you do Jazz dancing? What exactly do you do if you do Modern dancing? I don’t know which kind of dancing i want to do! Also what is the difference between them?

I Havent listened to much jazz but what i have listened to i love im a fan of charlie parker’s work but thats about the only artist i know of ive always been a fan of rock and roll and blues but i really like the chill vibe i get when listening to jazz.

How did jazz effect America and it’s history and the 20th century? Especially the 1920s?

I need a good song for a jazz dance for a middle school talent show…I like high energy music as long as the song has singing in it.
