I have medium brown hair, lighter skin and hazel eyes with alot of brown and green. How should I do my makeup to make them really pop.

my parents want me to get a neutral color in my room so i can change my bedspread without having to repaint my walls in need ideas on how to make my room pop. I also need ideas on things that as i get older i will still like and i need ways to organize and save space websites would be helpful.
