How Do I Get The # Counter Of The # Of Sites Blocked On My Pop-up Blocker Back To “0″?

I have windows XP home and keep pop-up blocker on at all times. I do not care what pop-ups have been blocked, I just would like to know how to reset the counter back to zero.
